We called them because my friend recommended their services. Our electric was disconnected from our house by OG&E because the recent ice storm damaged the lines going to our house, so to keep our house from burning down, OG&E cut the lines..... in the middle of winter. We called these guys & they said they were very busy with other appointments, but they would call us the next day ( presumably to squeeze us in, in order to figure out the problem) but they never called back or showed up.
