Been trying to ring for the past 11 mins, rang over 140 times and you get through to then listen to a long message to be told its full... I really need an appointment and I can't get one!
I was shut down by a doctor doing a medication review. She did not want to hear on going symptoms. I was told to literally use as they had to get through this. The phone was meant to be in the morning so I am guessing she was running late. I would not book to see this person in person. On a separate note the messaging service is back to front. Don't let us us listen to long winded message only to be told lines full.
I've been referred to dermatology twice??? No letter ever received to confirm this and on the NHS app it says no referrals. The second time I was in tears about my condition talking about suicidal thoughts... They sympathised and said to take photos and that they'd refer me but ultimately didn't do anything! It was fairly easy to get an appointment on the same day though it can seem a bit of a lottery from 8am. You get seen fairly quickly and not having to wait too long after your actual appointment time. I had a blocked ear for a couple of weeks and was prescribed amoxicillan for a middle ear infection. It was decent of the Dr. To provide a follow up appointment the week later ,unfortunately the antibiotics didn't actually do too much so was a bit of a waste of money . Been a patient at moir medical centre for 3 years now. Not once have I had any issues with the doctors nor the receptionist. Respect & good manners are always reciprocated. A big thank you to everyone at moir medical centre you are very much appreciated
