Front desk nurse who answers the phone is super rude and aggressive. Talks down to people and talks over people only wanting to say what she wants to say and her opinion than rather actually listen to people. Puts words in people's mouth and treats them like shit when they are panicking over a situation caused by the office.
When I started with this office over a year ago everything seems to be ok but now the office staff is so rude especially the receptionist, no one ever smiles except the nurse. Doctor doesn't communicate will with the Office Mgr. on how office procedures are done. He tells you 1 thing and the OM tells another. He's become rude, he wanted a test that I didn't have the copay for so he tells me to check somewhere else as he goes out the door. Called today no call back, brought information on day breathing test, then they said didn't have it, called back twice, said no information for prescription, or notes from doctor, the receptionist replied, reiterated all information for inhalers even brought them in, again , went to drug mart no prescription. Called again, they said they would relay information to doctor and call at my number no call back , he has appointment on July 5th and supposed to get prescription for Nebultra my dad is ready to run out of regular inha... read more
