Ruben is a talented barber, but he's unbelievably unreliable. It's one excuse after another to cancel appointments, delay appointments and just generally behave unreliably to a degree that is frankly unacceptable. It's a shame because he's a great technician when he decides to show up.

Ruben and Diana are great. Ruben really knows what he’s talking about and Diana is great with the scissors. I didnt have a great experience with Ali but I’ve heard he focuses more on very long hair so maybe avoid him if thats not you. The rest of the staff at the store seem like nice people as well
I gave specific instructions on what I wanted my hair to look like and showed 10-12 pictures with different angles. It was agreed upon that 1-1.5 inches off the top would be cut at most. I originally wanted a skin fade but we ended up going with a 1 fade. What I want to know is why the barber thought this gave him cart blanche to completely change my hairstyle from long wavy/curly slicked back to extremely short side part and cut it by more than 3 inches so I couldn’t even change it back through another barber/cut.
