I had an extremely frustrating experience with this doctor’s office, and unfortunately, it feels like patient care is far from their top priority. Trying to schedule even a basic appointment is a challenge in itself—you can expect to be on hold for 60 to 90 minutes, only to sometimes get disconnected or transferred without resolution. This office has the worst customer service possible. Just to call the office you will sit on hold for at least an hour if not su substantially more. Wasn't like this a few years ago but all they care about is money. If they were a financial company, restaurant, or a construction company they would be Bim ankruptcy within a year but because it's medical they get away with it and they should be ashamed and when you bring this up to them nicely they ignore you and give an attitude. April 2026 Update: Much improvement in service. The last few times I called my wait time was under 3 minutes. I have only seen Dr. Syed the last few times I have been there and he is great. His staff have been very helpful. The PA I had originally had is no longer working there. I am happy to go there now and don't dread that I will be the 60th person in line to get through.
