I've been going there for five years and Dr Pahlavan is one of the Best Doctors in Long Island. He really shows that he cares for each patient. He always comes to the Hospital to check on you if you have to stay overnight. Highly recommend.

Worst doctor and worst staff experience ever. This doctor and his staff are extremely rude, nasty, and have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Their only concern seems to be charging medical insurance as many times as possible. In my case, the doctor has only seen me twice, yet he billed my insurance more than 25 times in just three months, falsely claiming that I needed to be seen urgently and that I was “agonizing.” This is clearly insurance fraud. I never thought I would receive such poor treatment from both the staff and the doctor. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking. They were incompetent, rude, and clearly did not know how to treat people or patients with basic respect. The entire experience was horrible from the moment I walked in until the very end. I felt ignored, disrespected, and uncomfortable throughout my visit. I would not recommend this doctor or this place to anyone.
