Worst doctor and worst staff experience ever. This doctor and his staff are extremely rude, nasty, and have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Their only concern seems to be charging medical insurance as many times as possible. In my case, the doctor has only seen me twice, yet he billed my insurance more than 25 times in just three months, falsely claiming that I needed to be seen urgently and that I was “agonizing.” This is clearly insurance fraud. I never thought I would receive such poor treatment from both the staff and the doctor. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking. They were incompetent, rude, and clearly did not know how to treat people or patients with basic respect. The entire experience was horrible from the moment I walked in until the very end. I felt ignored, disrespected, and uncomfortable throughout my visit. I would not recommend this doctor or this place to anyone.
Very poor experience. The level of care was disappointing from start to finish. The doctor did not seem attentive or professional, and my concerns were not properly addressed. The front desk staff, nurses, and assistants were unhelpful and unorganized, which made the visit even more frustrating. Overall, the staff lacked professionalism, and the quality of service did not meet basic expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.
The worst medical experience of my life. This doctor gave me a completely false diagnosis, telling me I had cancer and needed urgent surgery due to supposed kidney failure, just to keep charging my insurance. He sent me to do an absurd number of tests, exams, and completely unnecessary procedures, causing me fear, extreme stress, and psychological trauma that has no price.
