Dr. Noreldin was always a kind and caring person for my husband when in the orange office. Since moving to Sterling however, my husband has only gotten to see him a couple times. Today, (for the third time), the receptionist called to cancel the same appt again. This is unacceptable. As much as he hates to, my husband will be looking for a different, more reliable Dr and staff
Just can't say enough good things about Dr. Noreldin. He gives 100% to his patients. I am so blessed to have him as my Lung Dr.
Dr noreldin is a wonderful man he addressed all of my problems but his office is the worst office in the world they don't return your phone calls at every time you call them they tell you they're going to call you back by the end of the day and never do I was supposed to have an appointment in Boston for lung problems that I have I've been waiting 6 months and his office keeps telling me this week this week this week and it never happens so Dr noreldin is wonderful but his office is the worst do yourself a favor go elsewhere... read more
