If there’s a problem with your generator, they’ll send someone to your home quickly, and solve the problem immediately. They aren’t inexpensive, but with a company like this, you really do get what you pay for, including peace of mind. Mohrmann Electric and their outstanding service team (including such people as Jonathan B) have my highest recommendation!.
Update: 180 degree change from my prior 5 star review - I recently had a repair issue and the service was disappointing. It was certainly not the customer service experience I expected based on our multi-year relationship. In my opinion this is certainly not the same company I bought the generator from - they never acted so customer unfriendly.
Dennis came yesterday to service our 2 year old Generac generator. Altho it just needed the routine maintenance, Dennis went above and beyond to make sure all was in pristine running order and even took a considerable amount of time explaining to us the mechanics and longevity of the various parts of the unit. From my initial call to the office to arrange the appointment to Dennis servicing our unit, the entire experience reflected this company’s professionalism and courtesy. We are very happy with our choice!
The service is outstanding. I highly recommend them for all your generator needs.
