I had the pleasure of working with Alec and Juan during this application process. Alec was very insightful when I was inquiring about the open units and was very flexible in working with me when I was scheduling tours. The application process went smoothly, very quick turnarounds and responsiveness. The apartment is clean and reasonably priced. Looking forward to seeing how living here is, but the process to apply and get approved has been seamless.

Very well maintained and clean apartment building! Alec is very helpful and makes the moving process smooth. Any questions or concerns that I had were promptly answered and taken care of. Apartments are modern and well kept. Definitely enjoyed the living space!

I highly recommend Mohring Place if you're looking for an apartment. I've been at Mohring Place for a little over 3 years now, and during the entire time I've been here, I don't have anything negative to say about the property or my apartment. Management has been extremely pleasant and easy to work with, even during times where I was unable to make a rent payment due to employment issues. Management is responsive and supportive with our move-in and onward. The gym has a variety of machinery too.

I have nothing but good things to say about the apartments. The landlords and maintenance both are very quick and responsive - I've had a few maintenance issues since I've been here and all have been resolved very quickly (often same day even). The amenities are great. Everything is well maintained. Great place to live!
