I have nothing but good things to say about the apartments. The landlords and maintenance both are very quick and responsive - I've had a few maintenance issues since I've been here and all have been resolved very quickly (often same day even). The amenities are great. Everything is well maintained. Great place to live!
I've moved around approximately once every three years since college, and in doing so have met landlords of all different types. Alec and John have been- by far- the best two that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are reasonable and fair both in their expectations of tenants as well as their obligations to tenants. The entire experience working with Alec to find the perfect apartment in their building and the follow ups after I decided on the one I liked, has been an outstanding experience!! The communication with Alec has been above and beyond compared to other communities I’ve dealt with in the past and while looking for an apartment recently. The apartment and the building are stunning and is well-built with modern amenities and appliances. I can’t wait to be a part of the community at Mohring Place!
