I cannot say enough about the quality and customer service. We have used this company for an AC and plumbing issue. We had 5 companies come out and inspect our AC. ALL of those companies recommended a new unit costing 10k + ….and the unit only 2 years old! We called Tony and he spent 4 hours at our place searching for the issue and found it! Peter put a sump pump in my basement. He worked so hard and thoroughly. After he was done I think that that area was cleaner than before. Personable and Mohr is fabulous and very reasonably priced! Wish I could give them 10 stars. Have never, and will never, use anyone else. Use them with complete confidence!!!!!

Watch out for these guys!! After paying over $400 to install a free (warranty replacement) water heater including a new gas valve, I told the new owner, Aaron, that I thought I smelled gas and he said he would send someone out to look at it. Instead of looking at the water heater gas valve and telling me whether it was safe or not, the technician from Mohr Plumbing went all through the house, checking for gas, turning on faucets (?????) and then did something with what he called a dry floor drain without asking me if I wante... read more

I am not sure who Michelle is, as she is not listed on the website, but she was answering the phone when I called. This business has recently changed hands, and my experience with her was a very negative one. I had called earlier to ask someone to come and check my water heater because the pilot light had gone out and I didn’t know what had caused it. She scheduled with me to send someone after lunch but instead sent a new guy 30 minutes later. I wasn't ready. Later I called back and asked about pricing to inspect my furnace... read more
