I am not sure who Michelle is, as she is not listed on the website, but she was answering the phone when I called. This business has recently changed hands, and my experience with her was a very negative one. I had called earlier to ask someone to come and check my water heater because the pilot light had gone out and I didn’t know what had caused it. Extra fast service, tried to save us money while fixing the issue! Am very happy with the service
Very poor work and will not do anything to fix the problem. Big space at top no space at bottom of door. Put 3 handles on 1 in middle which scratches against glass waiting for shower Door to break. Charged way to much to many errors
