Ray is very friendly, and Tony does good work. The people they contract are not great, just inexpensive. We have had numerous issues with the portions of our house done by their contractors.

Very poor workmanship. Anything I ask them to fix usually came out worse. I was also told that I was a perfectionist because I asked for straight trim. They also were supposed to call or come out a year later . We have been in the house for over a year ... nothing. My porch is falling apart, I have a kitchen light that sometimes works, cracks in the basement, places where paint has run and sloppy drywall patches.
We bought our modular home from them 9 years ago and have no complaints.
