This company is being used by a Winchester business owner to stalk an ex employee, my wife. Once she was granted a restraining order against this business owner he obtained the services of Mohr to continue to try to locate her.
The staff member name Quinton is a very rude person .He will steal your money if he thinks he can get away with it. I have never had to deal with anyone so disrespectful in my life I suggest you read all the remarks before you use this collections agency. They are piss poor you can not get lower then 1 star and all the ratings are only 1 out of 5 I'm sure they would get even lower if it was a half star you could pick from
I feel like I wasted my time with them. They told me they would call me and they didn't. They told me they would email me and they didn't. I'm taking my delinquent accounts elsewhere to another collection service.
Very rude and impatient staff in the office. Will never use again! Besides the highly rude staff members/owner, the communication was horrible and so was the collections process they have in order. I suggest to use another company who knows how to handle the collection side of things for your company.
