2nd frustrating experience with Mohr. I called around 2pm on Friday 2/20/2026 about a water tank leak at a rental house and asked if they could make it by end of day. I was told I was on the schedule. I put a credit card on file. No one ever came or called. I called back at 7pm and was told the tech got busy and the earliest date would be Monday. I would have called someone had they given proper notice. Now I could be dealing with thousands in damages. Very unprofessional.

Jeff was great! We felt he was thorough and honest with his findings and showed us videos of exactly what he found. We will continue using Mohr because we feel they are for the customer and prompt when we needed them. Highly recommend them.
