Drew was quick, professional and friendly
Central AC broke down.Technician Daniel came to troubleshoot.Very nice very professional.
The technician Drew who repaired my AC unit was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He basically knew what was wrong before even checking the unit just based off of what I said happened. At this point I have to think Mohr is the best Jonesboro has to offer. My wife and I will be purchasing their twice a year service membership. Thank you a great experience.
After sweating and bargaining with my thermostat for a week, I decided to call Mohr. They had a tech on his way within minutes and Jake had my AC fixed in about 45 minutes! He was very friendly and transparent about the repairs, maintenance, and prices. My only regret is not calling sooner.
Great service. Very professional and nice. Price was very reasonable for service provided. Will definitely call Mohr for any future air conditioning issues.
