I would like to greatly commend Daniel at Mohrs. We have one our units go out on is while we had guest in our home. I called in the morning to set up an appointment. The technician said she could try to send someone that day but they were shorthanded so it would probably be the next day. At around 6 in the evening , the technician called and asked if we were home. Daniel was on his way . Bless his heart, he worked until 10:30 trying to get us fixed up so that our guest would have a comfortable rest tonight. We truly apprecia... read more

We purchased our house a couple of years ago and had no history of our HVAC system, since the previous owner was deceased. Phil, your technician, was thorough in his evaluation of our HVAC system and made common-sense suggestions to improve our system and increase its longevity.
