I've tried several times to have the phone answered with all the choices for total of over 30 mins on hold. This happened before and I tried over an hour with no success and finally got a recording on the last try they closed. I'm glad I wasn't dying.

Myself and my mom both see Dr. Patel, she is an amazing doctor and person. She takes the time to listen to all of our concerns and pays close attention to addressing each concern thoroughly. She is compassionate and kind.

I had my first patient visit with Dr.Patel who is very nice and kind. She is also very thorough, listens to your concerns, is very patient, and caring. I like the fact that there’s a lab in the office to get blood work done if needed. If you are looking for a doctor who cares for your needs make sure you go to Dr.Patel.

I have been seeing Dr Patel for over a year and she has always been excellent. She is very thorough, and always treats you like a person and not just like a patient. She is friendly and puts you at ease right away. Her PA is excellent as well as the other Dr's at the practice. The USMD location in Frisco has great Dr's as well as staff that make going to the Dr's office comfortable and easy. I can without hesitation fully recommend Dr Patel.
