LAZY doctor that does not want to see patients. Showed up on time, have active insurance and wouldn’t be seen. The receptionist never verified my insurance so they canceled my appt days before and didn’t notify me. If they would have done their job they would have called to know my insurance is active. My insurance never changed and I go to northwestern for years. I asked could he still see me, since it was an error on their end and he refused. I was the only patient in the waiting area.
