I needed to get reestablished with a doctor for my regular monitoring and care and I could not be more pleased with Dr Bansal. He is knowledgeable, professional, and has made sensible recommendations in my time under his care. The office has been professional and they run a tight schedule where I've never waited for more than a few minutes when it was time for my appointment. I'm grateful to finally have found a doctor in the Humble area that I'm confident in.
I went to see Dr.Mohit for a yearly wellness check up. He was rushing to finish my exam and my visit. He didn't want to order lab work on results that I had critical last year. He told me he was going to refill my prescriptions from a previous doctor that were running out . My pharmacy never got the order. I had to call the office one week later to remind them to send my prescription to which they replied that the doctor doesn't want to refill them. I am very disappointed with the care.
