When the person/Office Manager you're speaking with at the office on the phone refuses to give you their name so you can inform your Insurance Company that they are no longer accepting new patients, it just screams UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! It forced me select one star so I give one star for being so close to home. Dr.Arora is very rude and unprofessional doesn't listen to you and flys off the handle with his outrageous requests.. His staff is rude too, Trina is awful and likes confrontation when she isn't even medical staff. She needs to do her front desk job and stop giving medical advice when she is not qualified. Changing doctors.
