Shoutout to Janine for the great customer service and Adam/Vikram the doctors for being a great dentist - I’ve been coming to this building for years and it’s right next to my neighborhood which is super convenient.
Dr. Walters is the best dentist I have ever gone too - so patient and caring!!
I would recommend them to everyone! What a great team! From the front desk to hygienist to checkout! Everyone is super friendly and very accommodating!
Just a heads up. Mohip Dental in Wellington. They say they take your dental insurance but never check what is covered. For instance, while at a teeth cleaning, the tec says you are due for your x-rays. You get billed for the full amount because your insurance denies their claim. When you ask the billing department, they say it's not their job to see what's covered. So I'm supposed to check while upside down in the chair?! When I spoke to the billing department about that they hung up on me. There are better places out there!... read more
Very welcoming! From my husband s first phone call ,to each of his visits , to my phone call and today my first visit, everyone was pleasant. This office is clean , and organized. Everyone who works there seems kind, the girls who checked me in today , the girl who took my X-rays and Dr Mohip himself are superstars. 10/10 recommended to anyone that wants welcoming, clean, and professional.
