Prioritizes md schedule and staff over children. we arrived at our scheduled apt time for an apt for my 3 year old daughter recently diagnosed w celiac. we were turned away because they wanted us there a half hour early for registration. I could go on about the rudeness of the staff but the point is that turning away children for being on time but not early for their apt shows a lack of empathy for what that child is going through. that message comes from the provider down to the staff. there was zero consideration for any p... read more
Please dont visit this doctor, they don't care about children's health. They care more about getting patients in and out the door
We saw Dr. Patel for my 7 week old son. The office visit itself was great. Dr. Patel explained things to me thoroughly and said she would call in a prescription for a specific formula for my son. Although I had some issues getting the pre authorization from their office, it ended up working out in the end and my son can now tolerate his formula!
