Very knowledge and caring doctor
She is very caring with good bedside manners
She's very caring takes time with you and explains treatment with you.
Called to schedule a pre-surgical consultation. Receptionist who answered was extremely rude. She was condescending. “You know this is Endocrinologist’s office?” Yes, I am very aware hence why I am calling. Like lady are u kidding. Put me on an extremely long hold, just to tell me they don’t accept my insurance. Which is one of the first questions she should have asked instead if I knew it was an endocrinologist. Unprofessional and rude staff front desk (the old curvy woman and the black short hair woman, they are so mean with the patience and also on the phone). They need to put new and young staff that really want to work. The doctor is one of the best Endocrinologist. But sadly her staff are HORRIBLE human being!!!!
