Great Little neighborhood Pub – I don't know what restaurant chicagobarfly was reviewing, but I have to disagree with her opinion of the food here. I've been here twice, had both fish and chips and sheperds pie, both were delicious. The service is very attentive and friendly. The place is a little noisy but what do expect from a neighborhood tavern? I would recommend Moher to anyone who wants to get a bite to eat and a beer to anyone and everyone. Nice Place. Shame about the food – This is certainly a cozy spot. The staff are pleasant. It's family friendly. And Edgebrook certainly needed a neighborhood bar. Now for the bad news. The food here is atrocious. I've been here on three occasions with family and friends. I've tried several items : a tastless hamburger, soggy Fish and Chips, rubbery BLT. Perfect little place, hope it stays that way – Went to Moher with 2 friends the week before St Pats 2006. Awesome place, just the right size, sweet and cute female servers and bartenders. Great ambience, the Stella on tap was perfect. I try to eat healthy, but couldn't resist the description of the onion rings on the menu and they were well worth the few extra situps. Cozy Irish pub amps up the dining and drinking scene in Edgebrook. – The Scene Neighborhood residents might not be able to pronounce the name of this bar, but that hasn't deterred anyone from entering this classically wood-heavy space with booths, tables, flat screens and a fireplace.
