not quite sure what happened ever since the last service manager left... but the receptionist is extremely argumentative. She passed me to the new service manager Lauren who was under the impression there was an issue and also had a bit of a stink fit the entire call and even accidentally hungup on me, I had to be the one to call back. I have rated this dealership before with 5 stars but this last experience with the VW service has been not even worthy of this 1 star. Specifically service advisor Monica Diaz was horrendous- extremely rude and unprofessional. Having to deal with my ‘24 Cross Sport needing to be towed b/c of red warning lights was already frustrating enough but to then have this service advisor hang up the phone on me when interacting with me is beyond unacceptable. I am beyond furious with the utterly incompetent and unprofessional service I received from VW. This dealership’s blatant disregard for their customers’ time, convenience, and trust has left me regretting ever doing business with them. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this place. The absolute worst. I've been trying to call all day to find out the status of my Jetta being serviced. All I get is voicemail or operator answers and sends to voicemail. Very unprofessional, no communication. Definitely last VW/Audi after being customer since 2002. This business has gone downhill since new owners. If I could I would give negative stars.
