I am beyond furious with the utterly incompetent and unprofessional service I received from VW. This dealership’s blatant disregard for their customers’ time, convenience, and trust has left me regretting ever doing business with them. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this place. The absolute worst. I've been trying to call all day to find out the status of my Jetta being serviced. All I get is voicemail or operator answers and sends to voicemail. Very unprofessional, no communication. Definitely last VW/Audi after being customer since 2002. This business has gone downhill since new owners. If I could I would give negative stars.
First service on my new VW Tiguan. Outstanding experience all around. Ed the service manager was the consummate professional. I waited for the service and it was done and washed and cleaned in a timely manner and I was on my way. Excellent all around.
The labor hour cost is significantly higher than other dealerships north of this location. You’ll pay twice the amount here. The customer service from the service advisors is subpar. They failed to get my contact info correct and thus, didn’t issue a service date notice to me. When I mistakenly arrived a day late, I was made to feel like I was wrong. However, the saving grace of their customer service is Lisbeth. She DOES GET FIVE STARS! Wonderful to deal with and truly gets customer service.
