This place doesn't give a shit about thier patients or the difficulties they experience. I have having severe urinary tract infection issues for several days. Did the routine testing and waited several days for results. Kept calling for results only to be told a nurse would call. I would love to see these rude staff members try to go about thier day while peeing every 10 to 15 minute. ABSOLUTELY NO EMPATHY OR COMPASSION FOR PAITENTS. SPEAKING AS A RETIRED NURSE OF 30 YEARS. DISGUSTING 🫣 🤮 🤢 🫣
The reviews scared me a bit but I had a great experience. I was in and out so quickly even with having to get blood work afterward. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and caring. 10/10 would recommend.
I was a patient with this office years ago and had to change doctors because I moved out of the area. Since returning to the area, I called to see if they were accepting patients. I spoke with Daisy and she let me know they will not see patients that previously left the office. Seems like a very strange policy as people may move or change insurance but want to return when they are in network again. Very unfortunate.
