They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I'm thrilled with how my appointment went. My pet was able to recover quickly under their care. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room.
They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I think they are really overpriced, and if they just talk to you about other options, they charge you for consultations, that is so wrong.
