Poor customer service
First, Ron was great to deal with at the office when we purchased. We were concerned about delivery to our site as we live on a main & very busy road and our driveway is steep and narrow. But Jim, the delivery guy was amazing and confident. He put our garage exactly where we wanted it, I mean, exactly! He was incredible. When the garage arrived, there was very minor damage to a piece of trim so I contacted Ron. Within 2 days there was someone at my house (an hour away) replacing the trim. So impressed with this company! From start to finish, the were upfront, professional and easy to work with. Communication was excellent. Even the town was impressed with their work! Highly recommend!
