After waiting 75 minutes with my 86 yr. old mother, Dr. Williams came in and did not apologize for the delay. I asked if the appt. would be long as we had been waiting for some time. He didn't even have the courtesy to look at me. His hand literally went in the air and said "we'll take care of it." He began by asking if she stopped taking the drops he prescribed. Over 2 hours waiting for a doctor and nobody had the courtesy to inform my wife he was in an emergency surgery.
The staff are wonderful. They are very friendly. Dr Gale is gentle with the shots. Very thorough with explanations and treatment plan. Very pleased with my treatment.
Dr. Williams is an awesome retina specialist. Thank god we were referred to him.
