I underwent ACDF surgery with Dr. Martinez, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received. From the first consultation, I felt heard and confident in the treatment plan. Dr. Martinez explained everything clearly and made a stressful decision feel manageable. The surgery went smoothly, my recovery has been better than expected, and my pain has significantly improved. I truly feel like I have my quality of life back. Highly recommend without hesitation.
November 2023 Dr Cecil replaced my left knee, very wonderful person but he botched the surgery and left me a cripple!
I called their office last Wednesday for a refill of my meds. Noone called me back and meds were never called in..I called Friday and today which is Monday and still nothing. I have left 3 messages and noone has called me.

I had knee surgery with Dr. Ortiz, he was AMAZING! He talked to me in great length about the surgery, the healing process and my recovery. He answered ALL of my questions and believe me I had A LOT OF THEM!!! His staff reached out to me the next day to check on me and make sure I was feeling okay! I can not stress enough how fantastic my care with Mohawk Valley Orthopedics has been! Thank you so much Dr.Ortiz, nurse Linda and surgical secretary Martha for everything!!!
