I had rotator cuff surgery last year with Dr. Ortiz and it turned out great.A couple of weeks ago I injured my bicep so figured I would use Dr. Ortiz again but when I tried calling the Amsterdam office several times no one would answer the phone.I called the gloversville office on Wednesday and the receptionist took my info and said she would request the imaging from urgent care and would call me back.I never received a callback so I called again Friday to follow up and see what was going on.The same receptionist told me the... read more
November 2023 Dr Cecil replaced my left knee, very wonderful person but he botched the surgery and left me a cripple! Here it is 30 months later June 2026, all hope has faded, have seen multiple other orthopedic surgeons since the Dr Cecil fiasco, apparently his reputation is so well known that no other regional surgeon is willing to come forward and help me (have seen 4 others).
