Got my cat neutered here. This place was friendly, knowledgeable and it was a great price included shots. I was satisfied with their services and how quick they did the procedure and got my cat back out the door.
Would not fix my cat because she's 2 years old, which they claim is too old.
I'm horrible at calling and making appointments. I left a message on their website on Sunday, they responded about an hour later, they had a spot open up for Monday (today) I needed my 2 male cats neutered. Dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. Great price, clear on the credit card surcharge. Man polite and nice on the phone, lady sweet at intake.
What price is "sooo cheap"? What qualifies as "low cost"? Because I was charged over $400 and that's not inckuding the 15% fee they charged me for using card not cash when that was never stated to me until after the card was charged. I would never go here again or recommend. The people were nice yes but the cost and extra fee were INSANE to me. I got a single kitten spayed, and opted for the worm medicine and pain pills which totaled about $50 together. The extra fee for using card came out to about another $50. Not cool to ... read more
