Very professional and the in-home appointment was very thorough and they really took the time to explain our options so we ended up preferring them over the other option we looked into. They were communicative on timelines and the install was quick. Importantly the blinds look great and the blackout in the bedroom is super cool! We do have a few things that will need to be fixed, but they were the ones that pointed them out (e.g. different wand lengths in one room) so I know they will be fixed ASAP.
