Have spent 2 weeks trying to get ahold of someone to order some replacement parts. Phone calls, emails, website inquiries go unanswered. Do you really just not want money??
Good product will not matter if the company lack of customer service. Going to purchase a lift for our business, keep calling from the people to people to asking for the quote, their respond to customer take forever. Not really sure they will be behind their product in the future.
Update: We are 13 months in and the lift still isn’t fixed. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Had my 12k lift about 9 months now its had problems from day one and still is not fixed.
I bought a lift from them a long time ago. My experience was good I wouldn't say it was excellent when it came to a warranty issue. They are going to take care of it if I ship them the part they will ship it back so I will say they stand behind their product. Unfortunately there isn't much I can buy off of them other than what I did and I think that makes them unhappy.
