Mohawk Heating and Air is awesome! While I was in hospital my central air went out. Called them and they came out same day and got the parts needed and fixed it. Couldn't ask for any faster service than that. Excellent service!
We went over what I needed done. He gave me a verbal estimate. A couple of days later I asked him for a written estimate. He sent one via email that was vague. He did all of the work we had agreed on and then tried to up the price by approximately $200.00 by telling me not everything he did was included in the written estimate even though that's the amount we had agreed to. The technician arrived promptly, thoroughly assessed the issue and efficiently resolved it. Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the entire service call.
