Good service centre
Sales guy was great during purchase of my 2025 Bronco sport. After service horrible, I've brought this thing in 3 times for an issue. After researching myself, it looks like it may be my RDU, known issue by Ford let's see how my fourth appointment goes. I bought a new car not to worry about driving an old car but i am having less issues with my 2012 beetle than with this piece of s$&!
Bought a 2021 Ford F150 from here October 18th of 2025. I also purchased a Ford Extended Powercare warranty because this is the first gas vehicle I have owned with turbos. I paid nearly $2900 for the warranty and was told all the items circled in the picture were covered under that warranty. Well now a wastegate actuator has failed and I am being told Ford warranty will not cover that part. So what Mohawk Ford told me and the pamphlet they gave me were not accurate. Let's start of with what happened to us today I called these guys asked them how much a part would cost I SPOKE TO PARTS cause that is where they transfered to so a lady answered and she asked me make model year of vehicle etc she asked what key I needed I explained she said I have your key in stock right now and then tells me it will cost you $75 and I asked ok when can you guys do it she said oh I gotta transfer you to service so I was transferred to service a young lady answered she was the youngest in service today she t... read more
