Really disappointed with this sealership. My husband brought his truck in. Was given a quote and he was ok with the quote. Come a few days later he gets a call that one of the service guys broke a bolt and a mechanist had to be called in. So the cost jumped another $600 plus had to wait an extra day for the truck. You guys broke the bolt, not my responsibility to pay for the extra cost. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE DO ANY BUSINESS WITH MOHAWK FORD. BE AWARE IF YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!
The place need more people working. I needed my car fix while driving my car door keep opening 2013 ford fous the car is unsafe to drive and it on recall .I have two son they were in the car while I was driving and I received an appointment in a week time even if there is an emergency and Mohawk ford in hamilton do not provide any help to replace for a another vehicle while my current recall car not working. Just bought a Ford Explorer from Mohawk Ford. Best experience buying a car ever. Staff was friendly was it was a no hassle experience. Didn’t feel like we were being sold or oversold. They gave us a great deal. Stuwart was great to deal with and the sales manager and dealership owners came to see us to make sure we were being well served. We will buy from them again. Nice to know family owned dealerships still exists.
