Writing from Bennington Nebraska to thank Hawk construction for their work in getting our power back on after the March 19th blizzard. It was the best feeling in the world to see a parade of Hawk trucks coming down the highway while I waited to cross this morning. I just wanted to say THANK YOU AND YOUR CREWS VERY MUCH. I live in La Vista Nebraska and on July 31st 2024 the Omaha area was hit extremely hard by hurricane MPH winds and over 219,000 homes and businesses lost power. I lost power for 5 days myself and on Sunday Aug 4th, I saw 4 of your companies trucks on my street. I got power back on Monday morning and am extremely appreciative of not only your crews but all of the crews that took time away from their families and traveled hours to help the OPPD restore power. I live in Omaha and last night, as I was driving into my neighborhood, I saw Hawk Line Construction trucks. I had no clue who they were, but I was hopeful. I googled them in my driveway and low and behold they were the electric company assigned to getting my neighborhood back on the grid (we'd been without since Wed night and all weekend we had temps in the upper 90s).
