I have been going there for many years with different pets. DR Paul is the best as well as Dr Lue. The only two that i would see and trust. Most of the receptionist are well trained and knowledgeable. However, the last visit the receptionist miss informed me, and had a response that she is just a receptionist instead of taking responsibility.
We had an emergency with our puppy and our vet was too busy so they sent us to the Mohawk Animal clinic. I had been there years ago before they made changes to the building. It is very nice and welcoming. The staff were so friendly and they were able to make a thorough and quick diagnosis. I was shown how to administer the medicines and by the end of the night my puppy was running around - a happy puppy again 🐶☺️
******!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!**** No idea how this place is operating. Brought my dog in because he was having non stop seizures and they wouldn’t even stabilize him until we paid an estimate fee for blood testing and some other tests they wanted to do while he was clearly suffering, just let him sit there seizing non stop for over 45 mins while we attempted to get funding. As someone who works in animal care i can confidently say this is the best vet clinic in the city! 6 years ago when i worked in dog grooming we had a pup that needed emergency care upon arrival. mohawk was the closest vet to us so we took her there and they were AMAZING. i decided to switch vets because of how good that experience was. A few years go by and my pets get their vaccinations and checkups from mohawk easily and efficiently. We would like to give a big thanks to all the Drs and staff who looked after our sweetheart Mindy. We were devastated after losing her Jan 2nd. A couple weeks afterwards we received a beautiful condolence card signed by the staff with several of Mindy’s Paw prints. This was a very kind gesture and want you to know we really appreciate it!
