Everyone was nice right from the time I called and booked the appointment to dropping my rabbit off for her spay. The only issue I had is particularly the front assistant staff(the only ones I had communication with) have zero proper knowledge on care for rabbits. Being told they take care of “quite a few” rabbits and then being offered such misleading and harmful advice after surgery was disappointing.
Incredible staff and compassionate vet. Dr Benetiz was very patient and understanding. I recommend this practice to anyone. Very accommodating and hard working.
My mother in law had an emergency visit to Mohawk with their dog which the vet (Davis or something) determined that she was to sick and fragile and needed to be put down. Her boyfriend said wait she’s coming in to say bye and the vet was rushing to give the injection. My mother in law peaked in the door as he injected her, she yelped and went limp. When asked if that was shit that put her to sleep they were told no we don’t do that here and it was the shot to killed her. Would not recommend this vet clinic as it’s not humane... read more
