Was easy to sign up and pay online. My storage was too small and it wasn't a problem to change to bigger one and pay difference. I had put lock on wrong and they notified me right away. Everyone very nice. So I thought, I had to go to my storage everyday for a week, I had a business and would have to go through boxes to get merchandise. It was hot and I would sit and take break.
