Charged me after I told them I didn't want service I never even been in the facility. Update on April 27 company responded promptly and apologized for confusion will contact them today to see if I will get my money returned promptly for misunderstanding Update April 30. Company responded promptly and respectfully and returned money on time I would definitely consider doing business with them in the future
