Absolutely horrible people. I was hit by one of their insured and they aren't taking any responsibility even though I was rear ended and their insured was found at fault. Have some morals.
These people don’t deserve a star! They are bully’s and will treat you with no respect! Hire a lawyer!!! Do not deal with these people!!’ It’s criminal how they treat you !!
Extremely rude customer service. They only need your money but when you ask for service, they don’t provide it. I asked for my loss run reports and the lady was extremely rude. They’re not worth working with.

Apparently something is going on with this company. several people including myself have been dropped or not renewed for no logical reason other than the generic excuse they have given everyone else "unacceptable risk". i have done everything right no bad inspections, no tickets, no claims, paid on time every month, and got dropped even the agent says he was baffled by the decison, or acts to be baffled...this has turned my business upside down looking for same coverages elsewhere..thought coming to mohave was one of the bes... read more
They will not answer calls for claims at all. They certainly will not return calls in a timely manner. Lastly they will find any reason to deny a claim. Find someone much more reputable.
My experience with these folks has not been a good one. The price was cheap but the service they provide is terrible! If you want a cheap policy they have it but it's not worth it if you havev a claim.
