If you're thinking of buying property on their tax deed auction, BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a parcel and 3 years later they changed the lot I bought to a different less desirable lot. Their incompetence will cost you money!!!!! Whether intenional or not it's you who will pay the price

The Mohave county treasurers office are some of the nicest people I have ever talked to regarding property taxes. My elderly parents were having issues and all the girls at the office were so kind and helpful.
