Better customer service and get rid of rude employees. I had to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes a few days ago whilst the teller worked on something else and 2 other employees stood around talking. I was the only one in the drive through. I don't know what has happened lately, but things have gone downhill quickly. This used to be a fine place to bank but not any more

Walked into the credit union to make some changes to my accounts. The 'teller' knew me by name and the Accts Manager knew exactly who I was. (I haven't been to the credit union is well over 15 months.) They both asked me how I was doing and were so efficient. We didn't have to spend much time and everything was taken care of with a smile.
