John is a liar and took the cheap way out on my truck and said I approved I did not. 4 thousand dollars for a remanned differential with a 12 12 warranty. He put in a used with a 6 6 warranty and guess what it broke at 10k. I never approved a non-remanufactured part. He says I even signed for it which I didn't.
