Dr Sue has been a godsend for me over the years. To find a medical professional who truly listens to you and hears your concerns and works with you to figure it all out instead of just pushing a prescription into your hand and sending you on your way is a rare find these days. You can be honest with her and she will be honest with you right back. If something isn't working it is a 2 way conversation before trying something else. I could not be happier and am so glad Dr Sue is on my team.
I’ve been helping my cousin manage his Crohn’s and colitis care, and this clinic has repeatedly failed to provide the consistency and professionalism that any chronic illness patient deserves. Watch out for this group. I stayed 4 days in the hospital, never was seen or touched by anyone from this group, nor anyone stopped by my hospital room to say hello or talk to me about my ailments, that I was suffering with. Yet I was billed for a service that was not provided which I'd happily would pay, had they provided the services.
