The Doctor is awesome. The office not so much. It’s impossible to get through to a triage nurse. I called to have my heart meds refilled a week prior to running out. 3 days later still not refilled. This is a a med you cannot just abruptly stop taking. The whole situation is giving me terrible anxiety. I understand they are busy but this is ridiculous having to call and nag & beg to get a medication refilled. I’d love to find a more organized office but there isn’t much choice in this town as IU is the only option so they ha... read more

Pretty sad, had early appt scheduled. He wasn't there and they didn't know where he was or when he'd be there. Sad.
