He is great until you push back on what he believes should be done and you ask some questions. Once that happened he literally walked out of the room in less than 90 seconds mind you without responding to the questions/concerns. In my opinion that is not professional. I recommend you advocate for yourself/your loved one. Don't allow anyone to do anything to you without having an understanding of what is being done.
