My wife recently had an appointment and let me tell ya! The doctor didnt tell my wife anything. He didn’t explain what kind of test he was doing nor shared what he discovered from the test. The whole process was uncomfortable.. multiple tests have been ordered and completed since being referred there but none of the results have been reviewed or explained to my wife. This place sounds and seems like a money scam. No care nor help for the patients!!
I have been a patient for about 16 months with numerous appointments. I have never personally met with the doctor. After the last visit I was told by a staff member he was done with me as he had done all he could do. How can he be so sure if I don’t even know what the man looks like. Don’t waste your time or your money.
Absolutely terrible. The staff does NOT care about their patients at all. They are rude, and not understanding of anything. My husband was nearly out of his medication, that is needed for him to live and they wouldn't refill until he was seen. Which i understand but they said it had been a year and thats why but that was a lie. When told that was a lie they didnt care. We like most live paycheck to paycheck. They wouldn't work with us at all. This office is a JOKE
I have been going to this office since 2024 and i have yet to meet the dr.
Great conversation with the doctor. Spent extra time talking to us.
