VETERANS ARE NOT WELCOMED HERE!!!! There is no word in the english language to describe the incompetence of the staff at this office. They lie, their moral compasses point south, and no one has any integrity there. I received my authorization letter in the mail in June. My referral has been sitting in the portal since May 22. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this practice has been incredibly disappointing. Appointments are frequently canceled with little notice, and when you finally do get an appointment, you’re often waiting months. My family waited three months just to be seen. Despite being a patient of the practice, we’ve never actually seen the physician, only the nurse practitioner, who has not been helpful or proactive in addressing our concerns. I’ve heard amazing things about Dr Pathan and was excited for the appointment. His office staff is a different story; they do not care about their patients. I called in March to make a new patient appointment for my mom and their earliest availability was June. Drove down from ATL to take her myself and meet with the doctor, given the severity of issues we’ve had with cognition and memory.
