I've been trying to get an appointment for about 2 months. 1st there was the issue with the referral. The nasty lady who sets appointments could never seem to find it in the system. I even offered to bring it with me if she would set up the appointment. She rudely replied, "No." Im going back to Benning and have them send me ANYWHERE else. This place needs to be shut down. My mother received a spinal/back procedure last Monday done by a specialist but managed by Dr Pathan office. A week later symptoms, that were supposed to be alleviate with pain, has been ongoing and getting worst. Her follow up is not until May which is almost 2 months away! As family, we're concerned of the possibility of nerve injury or damage. My wife recently had an appointment and let me tell ya! The doctor didnt tell my wife anything. He didn’t explain what kind of test he was doing nor shared what he discovered from the test. The whole process was uncomfortable.. multiple tests have been ordered and completed since being referred there but none of the results have been reviewed or explained to my wife. This place sounds and seems like a money scam. No care nor help for the patients!!
The worse practice in the city of Columbus. Me and my wife have been patients here for over three years, and after fighting with staff to get appointments my treatment lapsed and I had to go to a different doctor for migraine treatment. Now my wife is going through the same things and has a lapse in her treatment even after the referral has been sent to them twice.
