Always answers my questions; staff is friendly. He caught my primary doctor prescribing a medicine that would be harmful to my heart. I am very grateful to him for that.
I had an appointment today. I arrived a few minutes late due to what is was seeing him for. The nurse insisted my appt was a different time. After showing her the appointment on my phone, she needed my insurance information, which is in the system. I have that along with all the preappointment I filled out. The nurse stated since I don't have my card I would be self pay. At that time I left and will see another doctor. If his staff is this unorganized I dint want to fund out how bad the practice is.
