Today is August 20, 2026. I came for a problem, but the receptionist, a middle-aged woman in a dark blue hoodie, was really rude. In a place where people usually come for a medical problem, this kind of behavior is very bad.
We had a 10:40 appointment- which Endeavor encourages you to make an appointment. I didn’t expect to get seen right at 10:40, but the wait was ridiculous. We were taken back into a room at 11:20. The medical assistant was beyond rude! My young son has autism with some medical anxiety and was trying to engage with her. She ignored him.
