Dr. Latif was not the right fit for me. My experience felt transactional, rushed, and lacking any real curiosity or care about the emotional or spiritual roots of what I was going through. He received his training decades ago and is still operating under outdated models of mental health that no longer reflect current understanding or best practices. 1-star review I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Latif-Jangda. My appointment was fast, during which I felt completely unheard. Dr. Latif interrupted me frequently and seemed to base his immediate recommendation for antidepressants solely on my family's medical history, without inquiring about or considering therapy or other holistic approaches. Dr. Latif and my therapist there along with Monica the receptionist are the best! They all make me laugh and are so sweet and caring. I would definitely recommend them!!
