Dr. Elsayed has been my father's PCP for many years I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Elsayed. However, I cannot speak the same about his staff. Especially when it comes to referrals Gladys takes many days, weeks, and calls, to send referrals. My dad has had to go back to the office many times because his referrals where not sent and he has a hard time getting through the phone. I am adding to my review from years ago. I continue to receive the best of care and never want to switch to another Dr! I have received nothing but the best care from everyone at this Dr's office which is a rarity. Whether it is a regular check up to emergency visits I feel confident that I am truly being cared for and that is a first! Having my health analyzed for the long haul is paramount and I feel I have the care that I need.
I have been very impressed with Dr Elsayed and his team. Rather than rushing his appointments, he takes his time to listen first and then works with me to find the best solutions. I really feel like I'm heard and cared for, and that goes a long way for me. The level of follow-up has also been great. His assistant, Gabriela, does an incredible job making sure all the items are ordered and submitted quickly. I am genuinely happy I found Dr. Elsayed and his team to help me with my medical care.
I have been seen by Dr Elsayed for almost 9 years , he did a lot to my health, he listens and gives attention to small details, friendly staff and I recommend him to whoever is looking for an excellent doctor.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Mohammed Elsayed, he was very helpful and kind.
