For some reason the back office cannot accomplish much: they’ve forgotten, mishandled or neglected literally everything Dr Sayed has asked them to do for my case. My prescription was written a month and a half ago and is unfilled because nobody has completed the prior authorization process. They seem like they’re having a good time in the office but are neglecting their work and taking advantage of Dr Sayed, who seems like a great doctor. Bad experience
I need to update my review. He is an amazing Doctor, his staff goes above and beyond to give the best care. They recently hired a 3rd staff member and now everything flows.
Been there several times and everytime the staff is really helpful and the doctor listens to everything i say and there is no judgement. He does the referals i need and lab work i need without me having to ask for them, he is honestly the best doctor i have had
I have been a patient at Doc. Mohammad’s office for the past 10 years. He is very attentive, patient and over all listens when you speak while figuring out what is best for your needs. Staying loyal to to my Doc only because he has shown his loyalty as well. It’s hard to find doctors who care and he has demonstrated that his patients are number One!
I’ve been going to Dr. Elsayed for a little over a year now and I have so many good things to say about his practice. I’ve gone in for checkups and specific concerns and every single thing has been acknowledged and addressed. All of my referrals with Abdiel were provided in a timely manner and scheduling has been so easy with the help of all the friendly office staff.
