THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST OFFICE STAFF . THEY ARE INCREDIBLE RUDE AS HELL. I HATE HAVING TO CALL THE OFFICE IT IS HORRIBLE. VERY RUDE OVER THE PHONE....THEY WILL PUT YOU ON HOLD WITHOUT EVEN SAYING HELLO! AND WILL KEEP YOU ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND MOST OF THE TIME THEY DONT EVEN COME BACK TO THE PHONE.
Worst Neuro Doc Ever haven't seen him in 6 months keeps & on Top of That has his secretary keep calling rescheduling my appointments for Later dates months later. I Think He Is Committing Insurance Fraud ‼️
Dr Al Qasmi is always friendly, thoughtful, thorough, professional and caring. He has cared for myself, my husband and mother. He communicates clearly and confirms with the patient that all is understood. He is most valued!
You will never get in at the appointment time. That you have set, it will be at a minimum an hour later than that, and the receptionists that you talk to when you call are rude and Act as if they're botherd that you are calling. On top of that you cannot hear them at all. So you have to turn the volume up every single time you call until they decide to move the phone to their mouth and explode your eardrums.
Waiting room is always full. No room to park in parking lot.
